TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Each spot booked for the advertisement shall be minimum of 10 Sec and then multiple of 5 Sees there­ after.
• Billing will be Effective Rate Wise.
• Service Tax will be charged extra on the Rates finalized.
• All relevant paper works and beta tapes of the com­ mercials should be in place 7 days prior to the date of airing of the first spot of the commercial, failing in which the channel will not be obliged to book that particular spot for the advertiser.
• Payment to be made in cheques/Demand Draft in INR in the name of "BRAHMAPUTRA TELE PRODUCTIONS PVT LTD."
• All payments will be made without deduction of TDS US 194C.Each spot booked for the advertisement shall be minimum of 10 sees and then multiple of 5 sees thereafter.
• The booking commitments are non- cancelable.Such commitments can be preponed or postponed.Post­ ponement will be effective only for 7 working days from the spot airing date.
• Missed spots will be made good in the immediate available space in applicable time band. All commer­ cial will be carried subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to provide the services at our discretion.
• These rates do not apply for the special events/live telecast, agreed otherwise.
• In case the bonus FCT is not utilized within the stip­ ulated period, the same will be considered as lapsed.
• Billing structure can be changed at the sole dis­ cretion of the channel.
• There would be no product exclusivity on spon­ sored programmes.
• Programme time band can be changed at the sole discretion of Channel.
• Special/Events/Movies as mentioned in the rate card will be announced from time to time & may have rates other than those mentioned in this rate card.
• In case of under utilization, the client will be billed for the actual utilization during the month. The difference between rate of the commitment & actual utilization will be billed on a monthly basis in the name of the client.
• All bills on these rates will be raised on a monthly basis.
• A 2% interest per month will be charged on all bills overdue by 30 days.
• Any cancellation must be given 25 days in advance.
