July 17, 2017: On Monday morning, around 11 am, a bomb explosion hits Soibam’s Laikai in east Imphal, Manipur. Four people were injured in the blast while few vehicles were destroyed. All the injuried had been taken to the hospital immediately after the blast. More details yet to come.
