TRAI Launched new apps to receive complaints against Slow Internet Speed and Call Drops

 To obtain consumer feedback and complaints about internet services, network issues and call connectivity, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) launched two apps, namely : TRAI MyCall and TRAI MySpeed .

Depending on the feedback received and complaints, TRAI will communicate with the telecommunication service providers so that they can enhance their services in the specific areas from complainant.
The new website of TRAI, www.trai.gov.in and an upgrade of the DND application Do Not Disturb (DND 2.0) was also released along with the mobile applications.
The TRAI MySpeed application measures 3G/4G data speeds and send the findings to TRAI while with the TRAI MyCALL, consumers can rate their call experiences in real time.
