 The BCCI said the new venue and dates for the of the second edition of the IPL will be announced within two to three days. However, South Africa and England are the two likely venues of the world’s biggest cricket league. The IPL has been put into doldrums due to security concerns as it coincides with the Lok Sabha elections and was yet to get the Union Home Ministry's clearance.
