The trio said that there must be some secret move behind all this. ULFA Chairman Arabinda Rajkhowa had said that the 2005 formed ULFA endorsed nine member People’s Consultative Group was unconstitutional and unauthorized. Three PCG members Arup Borbora, Ajit Kr Bhuyan and Haider Hussain hit back at the ULFA Chairman on Wednesday.Meanwhile, another PCG member Ajit Kumar Bhuyan questioned Rajkhowa’s sudden change of stance and said that there must be some secret moves behind all this.Journalist Haider Hussain on the other hand said that it was humiliating that the ULFA Chairman questioned the existence of PCG. The trio said that PCG held important discussions with the Prime Minister, Home Minister and the Home Secretary in order to pave the path for ULFA-Govt peace talks in the state and those were evident after joint statements by the government. They said that the PCG moved out of talks after the Centre showed no inclination for talks and ULFA was notified of the same then itself.
