Ingredients: For the bhajias:10 long green chillies100 gms gram flour20 gms Rice flourA pinch of soda bi carb1tsp ajwain1tsp chopped coriander leavesSalt and red chilli powder to tasteOil for fryingFor the stuffing:100 gms Cottage cheese1tsp ginger finely chopped2tsp coriander leaves finely chopped1tsp cumin powder1/2 tsp chaat masala1/2 tsp black pepper powderSalt to tasteFor the covering:4 boiled and mashed potatoes with a little salt.Procedure: Mix gram flour, rice flour, soda bicarb, and ajwain, coriander leaves and salt well. Add enough water to mix a thick batter and keep aside.Make a slit in each chilli. combine all the stuffing ingredients and fill in green chillies. Now cover each chilli from all sides with mashed potato. Heat oil in a kadai. Dip the green chillies in gram flour batter and fry till light brown and done. Serve the pakodas either whole or cut from the center. Serve with chutney of your choice.
