Ingredients: ½ cup boiled wheat pasta 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp chilly flakes 4 tsp chopped garlic ½ cup chopped onion ¼ cup boiled American corn 2 tsp chopped carrot Salt to Taste 1/4 cup cottage cheese 1 cup skimmed milk 2 tsp tomato puree 3 tsp boiled peas 1 cup chopped spinach 2 tsp chopped green chillies 1 tsp black pepper powder Procedure: Take pasta in a bowl. Add garlic, onion, boiled corn, carrot, peas, and spinach. Transfer in a baking dish and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Now grill for another 2-3 minutes, till the veggies look crispy. Now add all other ingredients and mix well. Microwave till the milk is absorbed. Serve hot. You can also add 2 tsp butter, ½ cup grated mozzarella and bake for 2 minutes to make it richer.
