Ingredients: 1 kg rice flour, sieved ½ kg jaggery, grated 200 gm of cooking oil 1 cup of warm water Method To a cup of warm water, add the jaggery and stir well. Allow it to stand. Fold the rice flour into the jaggery water. Knead well till the dough is smooth. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into equal portions. Make small balls and flatten them into half-inch thick rounds. Fry them on a medium flame till they brown on both sides.
