Ingredients: 1) Fish (boil and mashed) 2) Onion (chopped) 3) Garlic/ ginger paste 4) Red chili , turmeric, jeera and dhaniya powder (mixed) 5) Salt 6) Garam masala powder 7) Green chili paste 8) Corn flour 9) Bason 10) Potato (boil and mashed) 11) Mustard oil and 12) Coriander (leaves)
For the Gravy: Onion paste, garlic/garlic paste, poppy seed paste and tomato puree.
Method: ( Preparation of the koftas) Take the mashed fish in it give onion (chopped), ginger/ garlic paste, potato (mashed), corn flour, bason, green chili paste, salt , turmeric, red chili powder,jeera and dhaniya powder,garam masala powder, coriander leaves.Mix well. Make balls and fry in mustard oil. Now in the same pan, give onion paste, ginger/ garlic paste , poppy seed paste , tomato puree, salt , turmeric , red chili powder and jeera / dhaniya powder.Fry for some time and add the fried fish balls.Garnish with corianderleaves.
